Delivery & Store Pick Up

Arranging for Delivery
Our duty manager will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time once your purchase payment is confirmed. Please allow up to 3 days for your products to be delivered. 

Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are stated during the payment process. For orders above $50, the delivery will be free.

Incompleted Delivery 
If the delivery cannot be completed originating from customers' circumstances, the purchased items will be returned to the nearest Converge Spot Outlet. Customers will have to contact the duty manager to schedule a pick-up from the outlet. A similar delivery charge will be imposed if another delivery is required.

Arranging for Store Pick Up
Our duty manager will contact you to arrange the store pick-up date and time once your purchase payment is confirmed. Please allow up to 4 hours in advance to prepare the order.
