1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1.2 These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Website Use
2.1 You agree not to post, email or send any material that contains software viruses or any other files or computer codes designed to interrupt, damage, harm, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or equipment linked directly or indirectly with this website. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks which are connected to this website or to disrupt any of the, policies, regulations or procedures of networks connected to this website.
2.2 The content and programming of the website is our property. You are not permitted to modify, reproduce or copy any of the content on the website unless you have our written permission.
2.3 Your purpose on the website should not be immoral or illegal and you agree not to impersonate any other person while using the website.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all the orders/returns that take place on your account. We will not be held accountable for any loss or damage that may result from your failure of maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3.2 Once you provide us with any suggestions, ideas or reviews on our products or website, you agree that we can use your feedback in any way we see fit. It will be regarded as non-confidential. Therefore, feedback should not be provided if you wish for it to be proprietary or confidential.
4. Joining Us
4.1 You must complete the sign up form to set up an account before placing an order as a member.
4.2 You must meet the following terms to register an account on the website:
4.2.1 be an individual and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions 4.2.2 If you are registering on behalf of an organisation you must have the authority to bind that organisation. 4.3 When registering for an account you need to provide the following; your full name, delivery address, your current email address and payment card details.
4.4 You agree that it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information which is kept up to date with any relevant changes when registering an account with us to the best of your knowledge.
4.5 You are responsible for all activities and purchases that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you know of, or suspect, that anyone has obtained access to your account.
5. Availability of Website
5.1 Our aim is to offer you the best service possible. However, we cannot promise you that our website will be always fault free and available. If you cannot access the website or notice a fault then please notify us at email@example.com and we will try our best to correct the fault.
5.2 Your access to the website may be restricted if repairs need to take place or general maintenance. In an event when you cannot access the website, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for any information you require regarding your orders that have already been placed.
6.1 Once you have created an account, you may submit online orders at any time. Before confirming your order, the website allows you to review your order and make any corrections. Once the order has been submitted you confirm that you have made the corrections you wanted to make.
6.2 Once the order is placed, you cannot then withdraw or cancel it if it has been dispatched.
6.3 Your order will only be accepted if our website displays an order confirmation message. You will also receive an email confirming your order. You must receive these messages for the order to be accepted.
7. Information about what our products contain
7.1 Each product page provides nutritional information and a list of the full ingredients, in addition to any ingredients/substances which may cause intolerances or allergies.
8.1 You are responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.
9. Delivery and Returns
9.1 Orders can be delivered to addresses within Singapore.
9.2 Orders can be delivered overseas but there will be additional carrier chargers.
9.3 Boxes are delivered by your local post master.
9.4 We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.
9.5 You will not hold us responsible for any delays which are outside of our control.
9.6 It is your responsibility to report undelivered orders at email@example.com within 7 days of the expected day of delivery.
9.7 You agree to update your delivery address if it has changed. You will not be refunded for any orders delivered to the wrong location.
9.8 If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us because it is faulty, please contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org and the product will be inspected. We will accept returns and we will be responsible for covering the recorded delivery cost of getting it sent back to us. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods.
