Delivery and Returns
1 Orders can be delivered to addresses within Singapore.
2 Orders can be delivered overseas but there will be additional carrier chargers.
3 Boxes are delivered by your local post master.
4 We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.
5 You will not hold us responsible for any delays which are outside of our control.
6 It is your responsibility to report undelivered orders at email@example.com within 7 days of the expected day of delivery.
7 You agree to update your delivery address if it has changed. You will not be refunded for any orders delivered to the wrong location.
8 If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us because it is faulty, please contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org and the product will be inspected. We will accept returns and we will be responsible for covering the recorded delivery cost of getting it sent back to us. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods.
